Our body was created with an immense potential to heal itself. We need to learn to work with our body and not against it.

In order for the body to be healthy, there should be a balance between the body's healing system and outside environmental stressors. From time to time the body is overwhelmed with these outside stressors. When the body is unable to cope, various mechanisms come into play to inform us that something is wrong. We can either work with the body's healing system by using nutrition, exercise and relaxation or work against it by suppressing the symptoms with pain killers and other medications. Sometimes the body is abused for so long that drastic measures like surgery and medications are necessary.

The human being is made up of body, mind and spirit. Healing takes place when all three categories of the human being are allowed to work together in harmony. It is a known fact that under mental stress, the limbic-hypothalamic system in the brain converts the neural messages of MIND into the neurohormonal messenger molecules of the BODY . These can direct the endocrine system to produce hormones that can reach their target receptors (i) within the nucleus of target cells (thyroid hormones), (ii) within the cytoplasm of target cells (steroid hormones), (iii) or on the surface of the target cell membrane (amine, polypeptide and glycoprotein hormones) to modulate the expression of genes. These genes can direct the cells to produce the various molecules that will regulate metabolism, growth, activity, repair, sexuality and immune response in sickness and health.

In my practice, I use treatment modalities that have an effect on each of the categories of the human being. When used together, these treatments have a synergistic effect on a healing process called SPIRIT-MIND-BODY healing. Nothing works better than allowing GOD to supervise the healing process. It is a known FACT that whatever man has made in the past or present and will make in the future will always be INFERIOR to what GOD has created.

There are many different types of medical practises in the world. To say that one is better than another is a false concept. They all have an important part to play in healing. Modern conventional medicine is superb when it comes to surgery, emergency and trauma. But there is no question that alternative medicine works better for just about everything else, especially for chronic degenerative diseases like cancer, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes and for more common ailments such as asthma, gastrointestinal disorders, headaches and sinusitis. A lot of people have realized that pharmaceutical drugs have side effects and their prolonged use can be detrimental to their health. Others want solutions to their ailments which conventional medicine could not help them solve.

In a true healing practice, the patient should be the most important person. Both alternative practitioners and conventional practitioners should work together in the best interest of patients.

The healing principle is within us and can be found in our subconscious mind. As light gets rid of darkness and heat overcomes cold, so good, positive thoughts can eliminate negative thoughts. Affirm the good and the bad will vanish.

No medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, alternative therapist, holistic practitioner, religious practitioner has ever healed a patient. The doctor dresses the wound, but GOD heals it. All I do is create the environment for the healing energy to manifest and do its job. In order to create this environment, I use herbs, energy and positive suggestions to the subconscious mind. The body of modern man is loaded with toxins from environmental pollutants, food additives, unhealthy life styles and greed. Cleansing and detoxification creates the environment for healing.

Although the conscious mind can influence the functioning of our body system, it cannot control our body functions. The processes in the body are too complicating to be under conscious control.

The exploration of the conscious and subconscious mind involves many fields: philosophy, psychology, psychiatry, neurology, biology, quantum physics and religion. The experts from one branch may ignore the definition and explanation from another. What is the primal force, consciously and unconsciously shaping and forming our path in life? Different thinkers have different views, from libido, self-actualization or self-esteem, meaning of life to the drive for power. My view is, everyone has been assigned a task by GOD and it is the performance of that task alone that leads to fulfillment.
